Merhaba ,
Ektek I Phone telefonuma ait fatura ve servis formları mevcut.
Ekte 3 adet servis formu mevcut ancak servis tam 4 kez gönderildi.(1 adet servis formu elimde yok)
Telefonum sürekli arızalandı. 4.kez gönderdikten sonra henüz telefonu almadım . Arızası giderildimi bilmiyorum.
Ancak ısrarla telefonumu sıfırı ile değiştirmiyorlar
Telefonumun sıfır makine ile değiştirilmesini istiyorum
İlgilelerin ilgilenmesini rica ediyorum
Not :Telefon faturası eşimin üzerine telefonu ben kullanıyorum
